Lady Gaga
sobbed with emotion as she earned her first and only Golden Globe of the night
on Sunday.
The singer
accepted Best Original Song for her work on A Star Is Born's smash hit Shallow
at the 76th annual Golden Globes in Los Angeles.
During the
acceptance speech the emotional singer said: 'I just have to say, as a woman in
music, it is really hard to be taken seriously as a musician and a songwriter.'
In her
speech Gaga also acknowledged co-writers Mark Ronson, Andrew Wyatt, and Anthony
Rossomando, with whom she shared the award.
